If I were to survey the same 25 potential customers who had ventured by your place of business within the last hour would they be able to tell me WHAT IT IS THAT YOUDO…? Customers really need the assurance that they’re IN THE RIGHT PLACE in terms of their needs…is your business informing your existing and future customers/clients what it is your business does…?
